Service Contracts

 

We strongly recommend signing a Service Contract for your Uninterruptible Power Supply. As this will eliminate downtime which will be incurred during a Fault or System Malfunction. Service Contracts are Annually Renewable. The Extend of Service Contract is Customisable in the following aspects.

Telephonic Support


Technical Support is available telephonically to all Clients or Technicians which require assistance or Step by Step Instructions to Troubleshoot, Fault Finding, start-up and Shutdown Procedures

Quality Assurance


All our Products are of the Highest Quality and Reliability is Guaranteed. Each Product is tested before leaving our Premises. This ensures no problems which may arise due to Manufacturing error than are usually overlooked and undiscovered.

 

Warranty

 

All products carry a twelve ( 12 ) month warranty which is applicable from the date of purchase and is subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

 

Batteries and Repairs/Services carry a six ( 6 ) month warranty which is applicable from the date of purchase and is subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Spares Availability


Due to Components being Manufactured in house. You can rest assured that Components and Parts will always be available for your MLA Power System. We offer Components and Parts for all MLA Power System Products, Including Special Units and Previous Models. Components are available for units which are over 20 years old. Although sometimes we are unable to source the components required for some old models as time progresses. In these cases we can offer you I reduced price on a New Model for the Trade In of your Old Model.
